*There are four lessons in the Food Safety
Lessons training. Each lesson is worth a 1/2 an hour. After each lesson has been completed you will receive a results page. To
receive the 2 CASY CACFP training hours you have the option to print the result pages (4) and mail them to the CASY office or you may also copy and paste the result pages into an e-mail and send them to Themminghouse@casyonline.org. Make sure the result pages have your name and date on them.

questionnaire is made from your What's in a Meal handbook. This handbook is given to all providers when they sign on with the CASY food program. You can use your handbook to help you in answering the questions. In order to recieve the 2 CASY CACFP training hours, you will need to print off the
questionnaire and send it to the CASY office. Make sure the
questionnaire has your name and date on it.
*The Active Healthy Families Childcare Certificate in Nutrition can be earned by:
•Completing the enrollment form – there is no charge to earn the certificate or for any of the materials.
•Watching the six videos and passing a post-test after each video.
•Agreeing to follow the Active Healthy Families Childcare Policy.
*In order to receive the 6 CASY CACFP training hours you must complete all six videos and post tests and mail, fax, email or drop off a copy of the certificate to the CASY Food Program office. This training can not be broken into crediting segments, it must be completed in is entirety.
*Head Start Body Start offers educators and parents/caregivers a variety of online learning opportunities. There is only one training on this site that has been approved for CASY CACFP training hours.. *Course 101: Movement for Young Children
*In order to receive the 2 CASY CACFP training hours you must complete the training and mail, fax, email or drop off a copy of the certificate to the CASY Food Program office.
